Since December 5, 2023, Q_PERIOR and the leading French-based consulting firm Wavestone have joined forces to build a new global consulting powerhouse. Our Recruitment Process

A friendly approach to recruitment is important to us. Therefore, the Q_PERIOR application process is lean and fast, but also demanding and above all, personal.

We believe in getting to know our candidates on a deeper level, understanding what drives them and what they can bring to the table.

Application and contact

You send us your CV, and one of our recruiters will review it. If your resume and professional experience meet our requirements, you can expect a call from us in no time to schedule an initial discussion.

HR discussion

The goal of the HR discussion is to get to know each other. We will address subjects such as: who is Q_PERIOR, our offering, and projects; with a strong emphasis on YOU, your experience, and what your professional interests are.

Technical discussion

If we believe that we're a good match, we'll schedule a more technical discussion with the hiring manager and HR to learn more about your skills and experience. This is also a chance for you to ask us anything you want to know.

Finally, we may schedule a third session, which could include a test case or peer discussions with team members.

Final discussion
